In order to meet high performance demands, our suppliers construct custom Servers to exacting specifications using the finest technology. These Servers are rack mounted and located in a temperature controlled clean-room environment.  They are connected, maintained and secured to provide our clients worldwide with the most advanced Virtual Server technology available.

Remote Server Site Administration:

Server Administration All Servers are administered remotely.
Remote Console Connections Allows staff to perform remote software administration including upgrades, diagnostics and repair.
Remote Monitoring Custom control hardware design for monitoring and controlling devices: routers, switches, CSU/DSU’s and UPS’s.
Paging System Administrators are immediately paged when a problem is detected.

Security:

Security Hardened All known security patches are applied as soon as they are released (or even before they are released) by OS vendor.
Insecure Programs Potentially insecure (SUID) programs are removed or disabled if not needed on system. Necessary potentially insecure programs are compiled with runtime, bounds checking and are reviewed for security problems.
Custom "Hacking Alert" System We employ a custom "Hacking Alert" System which immediately pages administrators who can then monitor attempts in real-time and save for later replay.
